The space

The home is a new build completed in late 2020 and meticulously taken care.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The square footage is a roomy 1,800 sq. ft. fitted with new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and granite countertops throughout the home. The home features premium tile flooring throughout with extra padded carpet in the bedrooms. All linens and towels are new (2022).

The laundry room has a new Samsung washer and dryer for your use.

The backyard is fenced for your privacy and safety, and backs up to a beautiful pasture with a daily view of friendly cattle. The backyard features a playset outfitted with swings and a slide.

The patio has a natural gas grill for your enjoyment, along with a ceiling fan and comfortable seats to enjoy the pretty view. Sunsets over the backyard and pasture are quite the sight.

The back wall of the home, including the living room and dining room, provide clear views of the backyard and pasture.

The 55" smart TV in the living room is able to connect to all of your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. for your viewing pleasure. The TV hangs above an indoor, natural gas fireplace (available for use from November 15th through March 15th).

Highspeed WiFi (500mbsp, tests 250-300 normally) is available to you throughout the home.
